About Us

Bryan Pearman started Design Roofing & Restoration in 2011. As the son of a homebuilder, Bryan spent his youth on construction sites learning the business through hands-on experience. He founded his company on a simple philosophy: show up on time, do what we say we are going to do, and treat each customer with respect and professionalism. Bryan enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and live music.

Co-owner Blair Andrews has devoted her entire career to construction. Blair joined the Design Roofing & Restoration team as a co-owner in 2014. Prior to that, she practiced law for 16 years as a litigator in the field of commercial construction and public procurement. As a "recovering lawyer," Blair now spends her time helping our valued clients both in the field and from her office. She enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and traveling.
